Weaving processing
Polypropylene fabric that forms the body for a big bag is woven by jumbo circular knitting mchine or water jet loom
Coating processing
Melted coating material adhere to woven for waterproof
Cutting processing
The fabric and sub-material are cut into shape of specific measurements
Printing processing
The pieces of the fabric is fed into a printing machine to print a logo or brand name
Sewing processing
The various pieces that comprise the FIBC -such as lifting-loop strips, top, bottom body fabric- are sewn together by trained labor
Inspection and packaging processing
Each bag -sewing condition, shape, contamination, specification is inspected by quality control team then it is packed and compressed
Shipment
Loading a container then it will be shipped out safely to the destination
Sealing processing
PE or A/L is welded by heat
Liner extrusion processing
PE material is melted into film sheet
